I reported to the VP and was responsible for the project delivery of an offshore and onshore team. * Guided a globally distributed agile team of offshore and onshore developers to deliver against tight timelines, across complex projects with multiple different stakeholders, workstream priorities and diverse requirements. Worked to create a security-first, safe blameless culture of learning and enthusiasm. * Made the primary first party javascript cookie tracker deployed across all Meredith corporate brands. Created the front end code, backend code, data warehouse tables, pipelines.
