I was honored to be one of 34 paid, full time staff members of the 2012 Super Bowl Host Committee. In this role, I managed external relationships with community partners and 2012 Super Bowl special events including the venue selection process for over 130 NFL official events, sanctioned events and donor events. I also managed Host Committee sponsored events including:Annual Media Party (Indianapolis Motor Speedway, 4,000 media & guests in attendance, budget of $515,000.00)Super Bowl Soiree (Lucas Estates, 1,200 members of our donor family)In this role, I directly managed multiple committees and interns. I demonstrated success in managing the venue selection process for over 130 NFL Official, Sanctioned and Unsanctioned events and developed relationships with over 75 venues regarding their role in the venue selection process. I was the liaison between NFL sponsor’s event planners and the resources needed in the city during the week of the game. I developed rental rates and sales information for venues that the Host Committee directly managed. I was also responsible for maintaining the master calendar for all Super Bowl related events which exceeded 400 events. We also partnered with donor services team and the donor benefits program for 130 Indianapolis donorsI was a proud member of the Speakers Bureau.
