Laura is one of the most unique and compelling people I have ever met in an industry where when you're watching people put it aside or watch it decay, she is the one persevering, holding strong and rebuilding the foundation into an industry that she cares about.       100 Women Who Care about Long Island is a group of local women who are interested in supporting our communities by contributing to Long Island charities together as a group to increase the impact. We come from all walks of life and varying financial backgrounds. As individuals it is difficult to make a very large impact, but as a group we believe we have the ability to contribute to the growth of our communities in ways that we never before thought possible. Commitment involves attending four, one-hour meetings a year, and pledging $100 per meeting ($400.00 per year) to support a local charity. All charitable organizations must be located in, and serve, Nassau or Suffolk Counties and must have 501(c)(3) non-profit status.
