Hestie is one of the best MD's I've known to date. She is always interested in helping me grow as an employee. When we started using new accounting software, she asked me if I’d like her to show me how to use it (on her own time!) because she knew I wanted to learn more about the financial side of the company. She has also allowed me to accompany her on several high-profile meetings so that I could get more insight into how we conduct our meetings and have better insight into our clients' goals. Whenever I have questions or concerns, she responds right away—and will even follow up later in the week or month to make sure I have no questions. Her patience and willingness to help, even amidst the current COVID19 crisis have made me motivated to do the best job I can.
