I first worked with Francisco Javier in 2017 and we worked together for over a year while I was remote working and not only his coding but also his communication were always excellent. Finally we happened to work at the same office a couple more years and I saw him working with other teams, confirming my opinion: he is always eager to learn while being available to help others when needed.
