Responsible for the fund management of ILIM’s direct and indirect property funds on behalf of institutional and retail investors. ILIM is the largest investor in Irish property with a portfolio of over 150 prime properties. It invests directly in Irish commercial and PRS/BTR assets, and in European property through a series of indirect funds. ILIM is Ireland's largest pension fund manager with over €100bn of AUM. It is part of the Great-West Lifeco group of companies. Great-West Lifeco is an international financial services holding company with interests in life insurance, health insurance, retirement and investment services, asset management and reinsurance businesses. I was appointed as a Non Executive Director when the decision was taken by the Ireland Infrastructure Fund to dispose of the business. In April 2023, the sale to John Laing completed and I stepped down from the Board.
