Hired to build new TV channel ‘theDove TV’ (KDOV-LP) from the ground up. Established from scratch TV broadcast facilities, studios, operational procedures and trained staff. Built & developed relationships with programme producers and distributors for a full service 24/7 line-up. Developed production of nightly news-updates, live daily news-talk programs and on-demand content. Assumed Operations role for organization, responsible for technical oversight of theDove TV & Radio. Created workflows for multiple on-demand media products. Managed and deployed IT infrastructure including multiple servers, media encoders and IP broadcast networks. - Awarded National Religious Broadcasters 2012 LP Television Station of the Year - after just two years on-air. - Successfully migrated 27-year-old daily breakfast radio programme to become a hybrid radio / TV simulcast. Uniquely designed to be a full TV broadcast for a TV audience, whilst also an uncompromised full radio format. Mornings on theDove & Focus Today airs two hours live each weekday, with multiple TV repeats and on-demand podcasts. - Co-produced multiple Appeals (up to 4 per year). Coached on-air talent with content messaging. Championed making ‘emotional connections’ aimed at the heart. Streamlined call-center data tools for instant on-air analysis & integration. - Developed new websites for theDove in both Drupal & Wordpress (thedove.us & calltoworship.us).
