As the first Head Coach at the club, I played a key role in putting structures and organisation in place to facilitate growth and development of the club, taking it from a largely social group into a competitive club. The membership base grew significantly, and the club became more prominent in both the local community and across the Victorian rowing scene. I coached and oversaw the training of all club members: Juniors to Masters, social to competitive, beginners to State and National crew selection. Show less
