In 2011, I needed a Sales & Marketing manager to help with a startup business, LateralLife NZ, an inbound (and now outbound) operator for luxury travel to New Zealand. We have our Head Office in London, UK, but New Zealand was a new destination for the company so the job incorporated many facets but primarily market research, organisational systems, process and procedure (incl transaction templates). This role required someone who would respond with autonomy and be self-motivated to find information and provide solutions. I was extremely impressed with Rachel's work ethic, transferable skills in a new sector and, in many cases out of necessity, her creative thinking. Rachel is very competent at core roles and systems and I was able to leave her broad tasks with complete confidence that thy would be delivered on time. I was very sad to lose her when she moved to Australia but am grateful that the business was in such good hands from inception. I would gladly recommend Rachel to future roles.
