I provide both survey design and project management expertise for a range of programs and portfolios with varying marketing science methodologies. These quantitative survey instruments are developed for leading Australian organisations in the telecommunications, education, healthcare, technology and retail sectors.

Dear Crypto was born out of a problem: the lack of approachable and relatable learning resources on cryptocurrency and web3 innovations. Jordan Franklin and I cofounded Dear Crypto in 2022 to build an inclusive, flexible, and diverse education solution and community around the principles and theory behind cryptocurrency, web3, the blockchain and defi. We are currently working with Blackbird in their newest intake to develop our MVP. In essence, Dear Crypto is a 100-lesson beginner’s guide course and community, teaching cryptocurrency and web3, with a new take on digital certification.

The HR Standards and Learning team is a think tank for research and development, and is responsible for the development and maintenance of HR standards and learning for AHRI products and services. During this role I gained knowledge of how social experiments are run, designed and analysed. I aided in designing experiments, coding, coordinating participants, and analysing data. In this role I had a lot of experience with the quantitative research process. I have been a casual RA as well as had full time summer roles during my time in the Social Cognition Lab.My biggest accomplishment in this role was working on a Templeton research grant with Jesse Bering and Jamin Halberstadt, researching the origin and maintenance of religious "Unbelief" in a believing world.
