As an accredited Family Mediator the services I provide include: • Financial settlements for separating and divorcing couples, including asset division • Living arrangements and amendements to living arrangements • Child support, health and education planning • Telephone/Skype mediation services for parties in different locations • Same sex parenting and mediation, including donor or surrogate access • Pre-marriage discussions for blended or mature families I work closely with the parties’ lawyers, financial planners, accountants, psychologists and counsellors to facilitate a peaceful resolution. For businesses and employers I offer the following: • Workplace mediation on issues including bullying, harassment and discrimination • Workplace Harmony – a one day training course on conflict management including difficult conversations, understanding conflict, why it happens, how it can be beneficial and how to manage other people’s conflict • Preparation of dispute resolution procedures and manuals • Training programs to help teach and demonstrate how to approach management issues such as performance reviews, workplace stress, low morale, poor motivation, discord and conflict. I am a Nationally Accredited Mediator, accredited by the Attorney General’s Department and the Australian Mediation Association, and have qualifications in Family Dispute Resolution (Relationships Australia), Workplace Mediation (Institute of Specialist Dispute Resolution) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Technology, Sydney.
