Natalie is an exceptionally strong project manager. In the time that she reported to me, she continuously seeked out challenging roles and had much success. She was hired as an application analyst, but within a couple of months of starting, we had a need for someone to be the project manager for a very complicated, high profile project. Natalie jumped in and got that project back on track. We then needed someone to help manage our growing portfolio of projects. Natalie again jumped right in and within a few short months created a sustainable process for us to intake, score, prioritize and plan projects. I would strongly recommend Natalie and would hire her again without hesitation.

I worked with Natalie for about three years and I would recommend Natalie in any capacity without reservation. Anyone who speaks to Natalie's strengths will probably mention her incredible energy. She is a constantly positive presence and a joy to work with. She also is an exceptional instructional designer, and while working with her I observed how much the creative process benefited from her innovative contributions. For example, she was one of the first at Epic to create groundbreaking training materials that integrated real-world application in a simulated environment, and her work helped inspire a major curriculum design project that I worked on. Natalie is a rare gem because she is always looking for the low-hanging fruit and ways to get the most bang for the buck, but she also knows when the extra effort is worth it and will take the long way if that's what is necessary. As a result, the projects she manages are of an extremely high quality, and she does it in an unbelievably efficient way. For example, I saw her create a brand new course over a subject that she knew little about. She was extremely resourceful, which allowed her to produce the class ahead of schedule, and her careful prioritization of thorough testing resulted in an exceptionally engaging and easy to teach class. I would be happy to act as a reference for Natalie at any time. Feel free to contact me at louxad@gmail.com.
