Chris is at his best when under pressure to accomplish challenging goals in a short period of time. With little preparation time he can be a quick study. Maybe the biggest thing that stands out is his willingness to take on the tasks others shy away from and wanting to help others.

James Beahn

Christopher was an exemplary intern in his time at NASA. Chris was a rare intern who had the humbleness to listen and learn anything you threw his way, but also the confidence and assertiveness to leverage the skills he already had from working in the military. On one occasion, facing ground system electrical shutdowns on new equipment, and mid-level engineers struggling to locate the cause, Chris stepped up and educated us on simple methods for isolating faults. Chris also found himself with some spare time during his internship where he became proactive and reached out to other engineers around him for new work or things to learn. He borrowed some CAD and Analysis training materials from my desk and, within the week, had himself proficient with different software packages that most of us took the instructor led course to grasp. I have no doubt that Chris' career will soar and I hope he finds challenge and success throughout his career.
