Jason is one of the hardest working software developers I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He always maintained focus throughout the life of the project: every day, all day. He was a constant source of positive energy on the team. He was always open to taking on any task that was asked if him, regardless of whether it was inline with his personal goals or not. To do so, he learned several technologies along the way and was extremely productive. Over the course of the two years we worked together he was a key contributor in multiple projects and later began serving in leadership roles. I learned very quickly that I could rely on him completely. I'd gladly work with him again. If I ever lead a team again I'd want it filled with people like him.
