We still can't believe what we got for the price in our area and are glad she was so willing to have a quick look at the properties we considered "stretches" because the inventory was extremely low and the house we ended up in wasn't in our search area or quite the style we were seeking. In the end this home is perfect for us, all went smoothly at closing and we became close friends with Nancy. (After we bought, my husband complained he missed house hunting with her!)
