Supervisor
-
May 2018 - Jul 2019
While enrolled as a full-time student at Ohio University, I have worked as a supervisor at our campus recreation center, Ping. I am responsible for managing 5 facility assistants that run the facility. I assign these facility assistants tasks to complete during out shift. I am responsible for all cash and credit card transactions that take place in the building with patrons. This position has allowed me to enhance my interpersonal communication through interacting with patrons to ensure they have a positive experience. I am also the first responder to all accidents and incidents that take place. Working at the recreation center has allowed me to use my leadership skills and interact with customers on a daily basis

Coach Coordinator
-
Aug 2018 - Apr 2019
As a coach with USA football, I had the opportunity to create four specialized drills for each participant to be apart of. In this role, I also served as a "middle man", talking with parents and making sure they understand what our camp entails then relaying that information to our staff. Throughout the Packers 100 Season Experience, I got to work side by side NFL players in helping increase participation in youth sports. Throughout the camp, we had over 1,000 participants come through to enjoy this camp put on. This experience provided multiple benefits as I had to address concerns from parents and communicate our goal for each participant. Moving forward, I have since worked the NFL Super Bowl Experience as well as the Draft Experience for USA Football.

International Consulting Intern
-
May 2018 - Jun 2018
While working abroad in Germany, I had the opportunity to work with adidas and help improve their women's volleyball division. We were tasked with improving their digital sales and to increase brand awareness. Our group was comprised of multi-cultural students from Canada, Germany, and the United States. We created a business plan incorporating a shoe launch into a festival put together by adidas. Our shoe incorporated features from USA volleyball and the upcoming 2020 Summer Olympics. This experience provided an opportunity for myself to expand my knowledge in international business and what it takes to create with adidas. I got to collaborate with 25 students from across the world analyzing different business patterns and trends. I improved on my public speaking skills as well as data analysis trying to understand the effects certain moves may have on this sector.

Equipment Distributor
-
Jun 2014 - Aug 2015
As equipment distributor for Scripps Ranch Pop Warner, I had the opportunity to work with kids and provide the right equipment for them to use this football season. I had to weigh in each individual and find which size shoulder pads and helmets fit best. This was one of my first volunteer experiences that had me working directly with the patrons, which was exciting as I had to communicate with parents the safety aspects of the equipment and thier responsibilities.
