David is the most clear-minded, practical project manager I have known. He has a calm, humorous, proficient way of herding the cats and getting things done. He has a data guy: he understands projects in terms of the data and the way people use the data. This makes any supplier of software or services very likely to be successful, less iterations. His forte is getting remote locations to work together, and even like it. I loved working with David and hope to again.
