Kavita partnered with us to help put in place a structure at Symbol IT Marketing, to help our current and future staff feel more connected & engaged with the SITM brand as well as produce better results for our customers, business and our vendor partners. Though the creation of the Symbol IT Marketing Sales Playbook, we aimed to successfully capture the essence of our existing sales process & overarching strategy, so that it can serve as a repeatable & predictable sales guide for our future employees.
