  I design and facilitate trainings and workshops focusing on digital skills and data-related concepts such as data protection, cyber security, data responsibility and data-driven business. I also design and produce online courses and learning materials about these topics. Together with our team, I have developed TIEKE's Data responsibility training that is based on Open Data Institute's Data Ethics Facilitator -training that I participated in 2022.

  As a Project Specialist, I designed, instructed and facilitated digital skills trainings for NGO's, the associations of the unemloyed, SMEs and youth. The trainings focused especially on cloud-based co-creation tools, instructing digital skills, data security and data protection. I also designed and developed open learning environments and learning materials including videos and printed guides for digital skills. In GDPR2DSM-project (2020-2022) I facilitated workshops where we co-created an open tool for SMEs to evaluate and enhance their data privacy practices. I coordinated the My Data Secured -project (2021) that brought practical understanding of data security to young people. Show less

  Developing our online materials, mostly focusing on our Arduino-course. Making pedagogical guidelines for our course-materials and instructor-training. During this time, I also taught three Arduino-courses in Finnish high schools and held many teacher trainings and other workshops with my colleagues.
