Erin Graham (PHR)
Chris has worked for me on 2 teams for Harley-Davidson. He has really gained a lot of knowledge and exposure to recruiting on the Harley account. He comes in every day ready to rock, I can usually hear him on the phone before most Recruiters have had their first sip of coffee. He is currently managing the recruitment for several business units, most of which are high volume roles that require someone with a fast-paced method to recruiting. He has been able to prioritize his workload of interacting with candidates and communicating with HRBP’s/HM’s. He understands when to escalate situations instead of tackling everything on his own. He continues to involve me in his req load and rope me in when he has questions on approach. Chris' HR Business Partners all say that he has a quick pace, he is timely and has a great sense of urgency with the roles. Chris is now at the point where he is coming up with solutions to one-off problems (which seems to be his specialty!) that I would not have even think of. He is a great asset to any recruiting team.
