Kimberly Gibby Hartman
I had the privilege of working alongside Amanda as a coworker for many years before I was her manager. Both roles were incredibly easy due to Amanda's uncompromising work ethic, and her ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage an often heavy workload, foresee potential roadblocks and issues and find innovative solutions, and act as the voice of reason in group dynamics. As her manager, I had to make sure I didn't always use Amanda as my go-to, though it was always tempting because I knew if I gave her an assignment it would (1) get done; (2) get done well and on time; and (3) I wouldn't have to worry about it again. Amanda is one of those rare writers who not only can turn out incredible writing quickly, but who also has a keen mind for both big picture strategy as well as the minute details. Having her on my team was really any manager's dream; when I left Stampin' Up!, I wanted to put Amanda in my pocket and take her with me!
