Provides data analysis and project coordination capabilities to support the State of Ohio Liquor Enterprise Modernization Project in the implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Serves as a liaison for stakeholder engagement between the JobsOhio Beverage System, the State of Ohio Division of Liquor Control and more than 200 licensed Vendors and Brokers including, but not limited to aiding in training and development of Vendors and Brokers as they are brought on to the MS Dynamics AX Enterprise Portal. Manages select new projects for the Liquor Modernization Project created as a direct result of the implementation process. •Data Review and validation of project analytical data following the USEPA Functional Guidelines, as well as project specific validation guidance. Data review and validation may include manual data validation or automated data validation utilizing programs such as ADR and Synectics. •Recommending appropriate analytical methods, and laboratory services for environmental sampling projects. As part of the sample management activities, responsible for ensuring that all samples are collected and shipped to the appropriate laboratories for analysis. At any given time, this may include samples from as many as 200 locations sampled monthly for more than 15 different analytical methods, utilizing up to 10 different laboratories. •Maintaining project specific data bases for all analytical and field data collected by LATA in Microsoft Access, ERPIMS, Synectics, or client specific database formats. •Developing quality assurance project plans (QAPPs), Quality control plans (QCPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as acting as an active QA/QC lead on most project activities. •Writing/editing work plans and project reports, such as remedial action work plans, sampling and analysis plans, groundwater monitoring reports, NPDES reports, etc. •Writing proposals for new projects: including seeking competitive bids for analytical work, establishing sampling requirements for the proposal, pricing of staff time, writing the chemistry and QA/QC portions of the proposals, and helping with the development of major milestones and payment activities in the proposal efforts. This effort led to the development of a new business line for LATA in the area of data validation, with a major contract win with the DOE. •Recognized for both my work at LATA as well as my contributions to LATA’s growth with special performance awards in 2009 and 2011.

PCB Analyst 1999-2001 • Analyzed up to 300 solid and aqueous samples a day for polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) using Varian Dual Column GCs. • Conducted the setup, maintenance and trouble-shooting of GCs, in addition to the preparation of standards and quality control solutions and all subsequent documentation and tracking. • Performed supervisory duties over the PCB department as Lead PCB Analyst (2001). Mercury Analyst 1996-1999 • Trained staff members in metals prep and mercury prep, along with mercury analysis. • Responsible for the digestion and analysis of 175,000 samples annually; successfully met 24-hour turnaround requirement on 120,000 samples. • In charge of purchasing for the Metals Department, as well as preventive maintenance on the mercury analyzers. Metals Prep 1996 • Performed all aspects of metals prep, including digestions of wastes, water, soils, organic matrices and the Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) used to determine amounts of heavy metal seepage into landfills.
