Developed and implemented a monitoring and evaluation mechanism across seven partner schools using an excel based tracker to calculate and report the program impact to UNICEF in a semi-annual report. Launched an advocacy campaign called “Mera Haq Hai” (My rights matter) to increase awareness of street children as rights holders in Pakistan which led to the publication of a first of its kind policy brief document targeted towards the street children in partnership with the Government of Pakistan and UNICEF.
