Healthcare: Oversaw and ran the ground up construction of several outpatient healthcare clinics around the Southern Tier in addition to multiple interior renovations of existing buildings to provide satellite healthcare facilities in Philadelphia. Project managed a new-build Horticultural Therapeutic Conservatory on an existing hospital campus on time within a tight budget. Residential: Managed the construction of a 110,000 SF renovation / new-build in the historic district of downtown Binghamton to provide 79 ‘loft style’ apartments and commercial lease spaces. Worked in the design team assigned with delivering the design portion of a 36 unit (9 total sites) package submitted to NY State HCR’s ‘Low Income Housing Credit’ program. Prepared the construction documents for several high-end residential apartments in four existing buildings in Johnson City. Commercial: Coordinated the LEED documentation on a 60,000 SF office / distribution center in Cortland, NY. Interior renovation to provide a cafeteria and kitchen/serving area. Show less
