Responsible for Planning and scheduling the "Parque da Cidade" project, located in the capital of São Paulo, a development with more than 245,000m², to be executed in a bold delivery schedule and with complex technical characteristics. > To know more about this project, make sure to check the media attached below.I recently worked in the leadership and coordination of the Planning Team for the Parque da Cidade project in the capital of São Paulo, a real estate development with more than 230,000 m², performed and delivered within a bold 28-month schedule.I had strong participation in contract management and in negotiations regarding scope changes, financial claims, and other technical/commercial matters.In Strategic Planning, I was responsible for the ideation and turned feasible the pre-assembly of the steel structure helipads of the 3 towers, reducing the number of people involved in the construction, the risks of activities at height, and optimizing the use of tower-cranes, which had a positive impact on the project schedule. Previously, I was responsible for Planning and co-responsible for Production in the Becton Dickinson Medical Technology (BD) factory expansion project in Curitiba, PR. In this project, I used to maintain direct contact with the suppliers, the project management firm, and the field staff, to ensure necessary activities would meet the plans and desired schedule.
