I would also provide my customers with daily data insights and information in terms of the general day-to-day activity on their accounts as well as sharing website and industry data/trends. Another objective was to grow the customer base via contract renewals, upselling/cross-selling in line with the company’s revenue KPIs. This was achieved by engaging and building relationships with stakeholders and their teams, selling a range of different solutions including job advertising space, CV database licences, banner advertising products, inventory products and membership/sponsorship opportunities to our online communities, events and networks.
