David Young
I worked indirectly with Stuart at Nokia, and since 2016 I have reported directly to him at McLaren Applied Technologies (MAT). Managing across a very broad portfolio of products and services, Stuart is able to understand a range of issues, ask the right questions and work effectively with diverse teams. He has driven a structured yet flexible approach to project processes and governance for MAT resulting in much more control of deliverables and informed decision making. He is also a very trustworthy and supportive manager, and will push constructively to improve team performance and results. I have no hesitation in recommending Stuart for complex leadership roles and would gladly work with him again in future.

I had the pleasure of working in China at the same time as Stuart. I found Stuart to be an incredibly conscientious leader. Stuart’s combination of strategic vision, disruptive thinking and process oriented leadership enabled him to execute in a multi cultural environment in a very impressive way. I have no hesitation in recommending Stuart.
