Suzi and I worked together on the documentation effort for the Disaster Recovery project for DataScope Select. This effort generated not only all of the major failover documentation for the project, but also completed a major overhaul of the operations documentation of the project. Suzi was a pleasure to work with! Her attention to detail made sure that the many, many updates that all players were generating made it into the documentation, and her persistence in chasing down input meant that we finished the project with very thorough, complete documentation. I hope to work with Suzi again soon!

I worked with Suzi on many key initiatives at Thomson Reuters. She is an excellent Documentation Specialist/Tech Writer who makes it a point to understand the details on what she produces documentation on, which makes the documentation clear and precise - and understandable - to different teams with different levels of technical expertise that rely on it. When you add Suzi's strong communication skills, friendly and approachable demeanor and "can do" work ethic to the mix, you have the best Documentation specialist/Technical Writer I've worked with in my many years in the business. I strongly recommend Suzi and would always want her to be part of my team.
