      As first point of contact to the business my main responsibilities were to take bookings via phone/email, while being attentive to current clients while using our services, building a rapport between the company and their clients.       Joining this company as the opened was most beneficial as I was able to show initiative and creativity where it would be accepted as the company was rather lucrative at the start, meaning they were open to suggestions and ideas. With new staff joining every month I took on the role of teaching staff the processes of various establishments taking some weight off what our coordinators had to do. Teamwork and problem solving was a key concept in this role and helping other who visibly needed it during each shift resulted in higher staff morale and a smoother day over all.Another aspect of the role was deal with adult complaints in an empathetic and orderly manner.
