Throughout the time I've worked with Daniel I have found him to be a reliable and dedicated employee, who often goes above and beyond the call of duty for the betterment of our business unit. Dan has demonstrated unique skills in workflow management and has shown great aptitude in the area of data reporting and analysis. Dan is often outspoken in team meetings, ensuring that all sides of an issue or problem are reviewed. His insistence that all perspectives be considered has helped our evaluators to perform at a higher standard. Dan plays a key role in our department's leadership team and it a pleasure to work with him each day!

I worked with Dan for two years at Kaplan University, and he was, without a doubt, one of top employees in the PLAC department. Dan was promoted to process owner of the Change of Program process, and he managed the process seamlessly. He efficiently worked through his queue and completed all tasks in a manner that exceeded his expectations. Generally, COP tickets and tasks need to be completed in three or so days, and Dan's turnaround time was less than half that. Dan was also seen as a go-to resource for any questions or problems, even those outside his process. Whenever anyone had a question regarding a general transcript evaluation or KU policy on transfer credit, many would seek Dan out because of his vast knowledge, detailed memory, and ability to explain things in a comprehensible way. He also always looked for ways to improve the department and was not afraid to raise issues that would have been problematic for the department had he not voiced his concern. Dan's solid work ethic was pretty evident, but in my opinion, his best attribute was his good sense of humor. Working with Dan was never dull or stale, and it really shouldn't be understated how important a good sense of humor in a workplace is. Nobody should dread going to work, and with Dan, he made the work environment light-hearted and interesting -- and that consequently made the rest of us productive.
