Kevin is one of the hardest workers I have ever encountered. His detailed delivery for his internal teams and external clients is incomparable. Working closely and admiring Kevin as a manager for a year plus, I see now that his strong work ethic stems from true passion and care. Kevin's evident passion for business strategy and technologies is fueled by his natural abilities for logical reasoning and proper business consulting. No matter the level, every human respects Kevin and learns from him daily. He is an employee that is greatly coveted––when you have Kevin on your team, you know you will have success exceeding expectation. Despite his immense capabilities, Kevin truly cares. His impact in growing and strengthening our domain stretched from the youngest in the company to the highest of leaders. The supportive yet challenging guidance he gave was always thoughtful. I always knew my best interest was in his mind, but that became gratefully expected as that's who Kevin is––his mentees, project teams, work and clients come before himself. I have never had a mentor like Kevin and believe I never will.

Not having practiced mathematical modeling except in a required college course I need to finalize my degree, I needed to find someone who could help me develop a functioning model to solve a specific business problem I was experiencing. When I reached out to Kevin he began asking more questions than I had answers for, questions that required me to rethink what I wanted the model to solve for, what data was already known, what additional data I needed and what types of constraints there might be when trying to solve the problem. Kevin’s extraordinary attention to detail, logical thinking and progression through a problem from its definition to its solution was very impressive. He was able to interview me and translate my answers and thought patterns into the logic the problem needed in order to properly solve the problem. I found working with him very motivating and inspirational. You know, that kind of feeling you get when you are impressed by someone’s ability to make something look so easy to do when you yourself struggle with the same exact problem for hours on end?
