Richard McClary
My initial meeting of Aaron Evans was during his role as the country manager for the WIN-T SNAP program where he reported and tracked the movement and status of all the SNAP’s and Personnel/FSR’s assigned to the program to our office in the JNOSC-A Transmissions Engineering section. From Day 1 of his acceptance of this role it was obvious to our office that we would be working with someone exceptional. Some of his traits included his leadership skills which was apparent by the morale of his team, his comfort and confidence level during presentations to senior military leaders/corporate executives, and his ability to accomplish task/assignments either before or by the suspense time handed to him no matter how short the suspense was. These were all reasons as to why, when the opportunity to work for Aaron, as a part of his OCC team, was presented the decision was a simple one to make. During my time as his employee, I was empowered to identify issues with the program/processes and the ability to work with him for solutions. His guidance was clear/concise which made for no confusion during the completion of the task with little to no intervention needed from him which also speaks to his efficiency in task delegation/assignment allowing him to focus on other corporate responsibilities. If I had the opportunity to work for Aaron again or in a position to bring him on my team in the future, there would be no question or doubt about my decision, I highly recommend Mr. Aaron Evans for any role he is being considered for.
