I have had the privilege of working side by side with Rubén in two different companies and side projects. Ruben is a team player who is very concerned that there is a good dynamic within the team, that people feel comfortable and motivated and that the work is done according to the best standards and practices. One of the aspects I appreciate most about having him as a co-worker is his honesty and sincerity in discussing any problems, suggestions or recommendations.
