I have had the opportunity to work with Doug Siers over the past two years at Wounded Warrior Battalion West. I have observed his professionalism and poise coupled with his confidence. All of these attributes have made him an efficient project manager and an engaging facilitator. Doug actively participates in projects approaching each with dedication and drive. Through his strong work ethic and positive character, Doug has proven he can bring together an entire team, ranging in scope from 29 Palms and San Diego, California to Hawaii. He is capable of collecting information and manipulating data to create cumulative reports. Doug and I have conducted full day workshops together, teaching and counseling clients using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. He is comfortable on the platform as well as working in one-on-one situations. Class participants walk away with a great deal insightful information about their personality types, how they get their energy, how they prefer to take in information, how they make decisions, and how they
