Project All of Me: An American Cancer Society & Indian Cancer Society partnership projectAll of Me focusses on enhancing awareness and motivating young adult working women of the lower, middle income group to seek regular health check-up and screening for the two key early detectable women’s cancer i.e., breast and cervical cancer, enabling timely action.Strategic Framework:The study leverages the social behaviour change communication approach of the ACS Consultants-Johns Hopkins University-Center for Communication Programs shown alongside (P-process).Activities undertaken in this project:- Review of literature related to breast and cervical cancer- Key informant interviews with leading Gynaecologists and Oncologists- Formative research- Design & development of the communication material (Poster, leaflets, booklet & “mShakti” mobile app)- ICS Volunteers’ training workshop- Cancer awareness talks- Identification, mobilizing the peer educators & dissemination of mobile app- Development & administration of evaluation instrument- Study’s final outcome sharing - Writing Final report, presentations and other documentsComprehensive Summary:- Led the American Cancer Society’s Project cum Research study named as “All of Me” in collaboration with Johns Hopkins University-Center for Communication Programs. - Execution of the project, documentation such as writing reports, concept notes, press release of organizational events, producing monthly newsletter & other creatives for organization’s social media handles.- Developed IEC tools, medical content writing for an innovative cancer related mobile phone app called ‘m-Shakti’, monitoring & evaluation.- Conducted Cancer awareness sessions in Delhi-NCR.
