Working with an exceptionally goal oriented individual like Shannon was refreshing and inspiring. Shannon and I worked together at Softchoice, I was in sales and she was the facilities coordinator. I interacted with her on many occasions, and she quickly became my ‘go to’ person. She was responsible for managing parking permits, Green commute per diem’s, as well as acting as a liaison with the city for permits for various company events, not to mention large scale projects; on top of her day to day responsibilities - Whenever I needed facility resources I knew I could rely on her. I should mention that Shannon is the type of person who’s never satisfied with ‘good enough’ she’s always looking for ways to improve and streamline processes; but where Shannon really stands out, is that despite having what to many would be an overwhelming workload, she’s always made time for her fellow coworkers, addressing their questions and needs with a friendly and professional demeanour. A trusted team player, or a leader, Shannon has my respect and recommendation.

I had the pleasure of working with Shannon during my time at AquaTerra. Shannon and I worked together to implement a national office nourishment solution for Softchoice. Shannon’s ability to manage the implementation for multiple locations was well managed and resulted in a successful delivery. Regardless of the variances between each locations needs, Shannon was able to define the requirements clearly which helped troubleshoot any potential issues that could have come. Shannon is an asset to any team as she handles all obstacles with professionalism and efficiency.
