Bronwyn is a true professional, responsive, eager to assist and will follow up with others when she hasn’t got the information readily available. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her and hope to get the opportunity to work with her again.

Bronwyn's key strength is her ability to bring out the best in the people she works with. As a direct report to her at La Trobe Sport, I found Bron to be an incredibly supportive manager that brought unbounded energy and enthusiasm to all tasks and projects. She is collaborative in her management style and seeks to empower all team members so that they can grow and develop in their roles for the benefit of the wider team. In her time at La Trobe Sport, Bron was deeply invested in providing learning opportunities and experiences for her team members and worked tirelessly to secure positive outcomes for the business unit through her ability to network with key stakeholders and partners.

Recruited to create philanthropic and sponsorship investment opportunities related to sport at UTS and develop a major gift strategy for the newly built UTS Rowing Club ($8m build). I instigated a University- wide initiative to develop a whole-of-sport plan for UTS. Known for high-performance I was given the University staff giving program and annual alumni appeal to lead. For the appeal I exceeded exceeded fundraising and participation targets, generating an increase of 30% from the previous years total. Further success for UTS from my work included securing $200k in new gifts, and building a prospect pipeline to the value of $1.3m, which was 50% above target growth, in 18 months. In addition I delivered development outcomes for UTS for flagship community outreach programs including Shopfront, SOUL and BUiLD.
