This included covering several topics within the community that sparked wide ranging debates including a pork processing plant locating to the area. This story brought to light issues within the community surrounding agriculture, the environment, economic development and race I covered presidential candidate visits, the Iowa Caucuses and the 2016 election. I produced special sections on North Iowa entertainment events and an economic development section.
