  Working as a Duty Manager at the Henry Jones Art Hotel I was required to ensure a high level of guest comfort & happiness. I took pride in providing the added touches to make our guests content. I also assisted in other facets of the hotel such as maintenance & housekeeping, the restaurant, bar, and the cafe as required. As a Concierge I was required to meet & greet guests, operate history & art tours, keep current in my knowledge of Tasmanian tourism experiences and uphold an exceptional level of customer service and care.
