Careen is one of the most wonderful, talented and driven people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Her infectious enthusiasm honestly brightens up any room. She leads by example and is constantly pushing herself forward, never afraid to try something new. In an HR capacity, her interactions have always been more than simply transactional. Instead, she goes the extra mile to ensure you are safe, happy and completely supported, both inside and outside of work. From a company perspective, Careen has been fundamental in creating and nurturing a workplace culture that feels more like a family than a job, a fact that she was able to formally demonstrate through winning the Great Place To Work award three years in a row. On a personal level, she singlehandedly kicked off my own career in Australia and has been a rock for me whenever I've needed guidance, encouragement or friendship. To work with Careen is to never have a dull day, to feel inspired to improve, and to feel confident that someone is there to support you every step of the way.
