      As a Recruiter for SugarCRM, I work exclusively in our applicant tracking system, Jobvite, to ensure incredible candidate experience and employee experience as well. From integrating different APIs, sourcing candidates, to acting as a business partner with different hiring managers to figure the best solution for their team, my enjoyment for recruiting is always there. I tackle on full-cycle global talent acquisition recruiting from sourcing, conducting phone screens, coordinating/scheduling, negotiating, and drafting offer letters for candidates.While I do full-cycle recruit for full-time positions, I also oversee college recruiting. I would coordinate career fairs, to processing students into our ATS system, screenings, and drafting their offer letters. Basically, full-cycle recruitment on interns for Sugar.
