I am honored to work together with Mustafa on the constant improvement of our Client Solution. As a Sales professional he challenged the Operations department in the best way. He never took the status for granted, but pushed to be even more Client oriented and Client focused. Mustafa discusses topics in a solution-oriented, cooperative and respectful way. He honors the reason for rules and regulations, when they make sense and acts then as their biggest supporter. He is able to see the flaws of superficial Sales solutions and is able to address those flaws for the sake of the Company. Due to this, it is a joy to work with him, besides his positive personality and great humor.
