Jack led the project team, including project/construction managers and subcontractors, on a design/build project for an energy plant. Jack's extensive experience with contract negotiations (owners and subcontractors), design and construction issues/techniques and subcontractor management led to completion of the project ahead of schedule and well within budget. Allowed for commercial operation date of the plant one month early on an aggressive construction schedule. This project exceeded the owner's expectations and I HIGHLY recommend Jack based upon his knowledge and experience in the construction field as a manager. I would look foward to working with Jack again.

I first met Jack when my company was looking for a general contractor to build a large factory expansion. When it came down to choosing one contractor, it was a close call but in my opinion the difference maker was Jack. His many years of experience, honesty, and straight talk were the reason we chose Jack. The project came off within the scheduled time frame and within budget largely due to the extensive work Jack put in on the front end of the project. I highly recommend Jack.
