My primary objective was to build a brand-new application for TPMBA's B2B business, which became the main source of revenue during 2022 and 2023Tasks that I have developed:- Leading a team of seven software engineers in the development of the B2B Portal, driving project management and reporting directly to the CTO of the company.- Developing the B2B Portal from zero, a MERN application that became the main source of revenue for TPMBA. The portal led to a 500% increase in B2B sales and enrollments. - Automating and deploying a wide range of tasks and microservices using Python, AWS (Lambda & ECS), and reducing AWS services costs by 40%.- Temporarily took over as acting CTO for three months.- Continuing to manage the Data department acting as Data Lead.
