I've known Janice Petko for over 13 years. As my direct manager, Janice took me under her wing and personally trained me on how to be an effective sales engineer for tw telecom. On my very first week on the job Janice came down to San Diego and spent several days personally training me on exactly how to differentiate our products and solutions from the competition. Since then Janice has created her legacy of contributing to highly successful projects. She has shown the courage and passion needed to be successful with start up companies and other smaller companies, where every employee wears many hats and does whatever is needed. Due to the diverse nature of her education and experience, Janice is an exceptional resource, who truly has the skills needed to make just about any organization successful. Janice and I worked together building a new sales engineering PMO organization for Level 3 Communications over the past several months. During that time Janice's skill set and enthusiasm were key to our early success, as well as our early enjoyment of the work we were doing! I highly recommend Janice to anyone looking to drive success as well as morale in any work environment.
