At Dr.Fang's SMILE lab at the University of Florida I worked on a machine learning project to study the nature of the eye disease glaucoma. During my time there I filled a wide set of roles pertaining to that project. I collected data from eye clinics, wrote code to preprocess the data, ran the machine learning algorithms on it, and worked on creating a statistical analysis of the data. I mainly worked with the Matlab and Python programming languages.
