Ryan Heinrichs hired me at Pacific Software Publishing as a web designer in 2010. I worked on his team for nearly two years. I was hired at PSP with only basic web development knowledge. Ryan taught me most of what I know as a web developer today. Ryan is great manager and an incredible designer/developer.
