The Ubuntu Lab is reimagining how we learn about ourselves, others, and the world we share. We help people across the globe get ready to live and work together in a diverse, interdependent world by designing and hosting engaging learning experiences that help people better understand themselves, others, and the society they share. On any given day you might find me in Lab's design studio in the Oakland hills working on a new prototypes for learning products and experiences, in the Panamanian jungle facilitating a systems design session for Latin American social entrepreneurs, in Amsterdam speaking about using understanding for systemic change a school of social innovation, in the South African veld leading a retreat on connecting with people for creating social campaigns for an emerging sexual health nonprofit, or exploring and enjoying the diversity of the world with my family.

We also assist impact investors and foundations to build strategic portfolios geared for systemic global change.In 2017 I designed and launched ImpactKit, a tool developed through the work with hundreds of organizations to help teams create and implement large sale systemic change. It is in use in over 40 countries in over a thousand organizations.
