  Inbound Management | Managed the HUFS inbound international student exchange program for approximately 1000 students annually with over 600 hundred partner institutions and organizations around the world. Outbound Support | Served on HUFS outbound exchange student screening committees for outbound students for regular programs, as well as special government sponsored programs, intra-university exchange balance maintenance, etc. Technology Integration | Streamlined workflow by implementing productivity software for e-mail scripting, email templates, contact groups in Gmail as well as e-mail filtering/labelling/organization schemes, web-based informational/promotional materials, and professionally designed four guidebooks as Google Sites for dissemination to Exchange, Visiting, and International Students along with Google Analytics to track resource usage and effectiveness. Initiated the department's homepage redesign project along with the development of website templates for individual program managers in an effort to modernize, centralize, and improve the department's web presence. Developed, managed, and administered the 2021 ISS Program as an Online Program due to COVID-19. Implemented several key macros in Stream Deck, Google Drive, and MS Word to increase efficency of numerous time intensive tasks. Research | Conducted mixed-methods research on current phenomenon in international education in the Korean context with papers submitted to peer-reviewed journals for publication (see publications section_.
