As the Digital Content Specialist for the Commercial Operations Department, I was a senior member of a wide range of projects which benefited the customer, while working in a cross-department capacity. One of the more significant projects was the 'Customer Tutorial Troubleshooting Videos'. Months of work, time, research and creativity was implemented in producing, filming and editing these videos, across a wide range of platforms. Vodafone as an internationally recognised brand has exceptionally high values and standards in terms of publishing and brand guidelines, we became the first internal team to meet this criteria. Biggest achievements throughout my role as the solo Digital Content Specialist was my projects featuring and been praised by the Vodafone Ireland CEO, at the yearly 'Kick Off' for the project's innovation and success.
